Blanca Pares

Blanca Parés was born on 16th 1991, and at the age of 24 she can brag about having worked with Pedro Almodóvar in 'Julieta', a film which is still on the premiere agenda.

At the age of 14, she started casting in advertising agencies, and that paved the way to enter into the interpretation world.

At the age of 18, she started studying audiovisual communication, but after her first year she dropped it to move to Barcelona, dedicating herself full time to develop as an actress at the Nancy Tuñon’s academy. She has participated in several short films as 'Nora', 'Nuestras cosas', 'Bingo' and 'Fuzzy'. Abut without a doubt, her most important role up to now, has been the character known as Quintina in 'El secreto de Puente Viejo', which definitely put her on the map. After her first stage in 'El secreto de puente viejo', Blanca moved to Los Ángeles until she cameback to Spain for the Julieta’s filming. Nowadays, she lives in Barcelona, and keeps her development as an actress.

A Blanca’s note:

"Something 'beautiful' I can say, is that the decision of putting the career aside and dedicating myself to a full time development, came from my parents. As they saw that I didn’t want another thing, but to drop everything I used to do and to put all my effort on something I’d really want to do, they really opened the doors for me and showed a huge support in a broad sense."
